If the computer has an existing RO client (Into the Unknown version only), you can run your Ragnarok client and it will patch automatically; or you can download the manual patch via the FTP site at ftp://ftp.levelupgames.ph/Ragnarok/Patch/.

Without Ragnarok client or for users with old Ragnarok clients (Ash Vacuum or older versions).
1) First you must uninstall the old pRO client from your computer to avoid any incompatibility problems with the new and future patches.
Click on Start and then go click on Control Panel. Select the Add/Remove Programs option
Scroll down and look for Ragnarok Online and click on Remove. Follow the appropriate steps to uninstall Ragnarok Online from your computer. Select Yes when it asks you if you're sure that you want to remove Ragnarok Online.
Now go to the folder where Ragnarok Online was installed. This is usually C:\Program Files\Gravity\Ragnarok or C:\Program Files\Level Up Games\Ragnarok. Look for the GameGuard folder and delete it. Just right-click on the folder with your mouse and select Delete.
You have now successfully uninstalled Ragnarok Online from your computer. This will ensure that your installation from the Ragnarok Online Episode XXI: Brasilis is more compatible with future patches. Proceed to the next step on how to install Ragnarok Online Episode XX: Into the Unknown.
2) Now that you have removed the old copy of the Ragnarok Online client, you can now cleanly install the Ragnarok Online Episode XX: Into the Unknown DVD. Follow these instructions to properly install the game.
Place the pRO Ragnarok Online Episode XX: Into the Unknown DVD into your DVD drive. The Ragnarok Online installer program should run..
After successful installation of Into the Unkown, run your Ragnarok client to patch Episode XXI: Brasilis automatically, or update it via manual patch. Please see Episode XXI: Brasilis Manual Patch instructions here.
Click on Start and then go click on Control Panel.
